Με την αποστολή της φόρμας παραγγελίας, ο καταναλωτής λαμβάνει διαδικτυακά αντίγραφο της παραγγελίας, το οποίο μπορεί να αποθηκεύσει.
Στις τιμές που αναγράφονται στους σχετικούς καταλόγους κάτω από κάθε προϊόν συμπεριλαμβάνεται το ΦΠΑ (24%), ενώ το κατάστημα επιφυλάσσεται του δικαιώματός του να αναπροσαρμόζει τις τιμές χωρίς να υποχρεούται να ενημερώνει το καταναλωτικό κοινό.

Κατά τη διαδικασία παραγγελίας, θα σας ζητηθεί το πλήρες ονοματεπώνυμο σας, η διεύθυνση αποστολής των προϊόντων, αριθμός τηλεφώνου, ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση και στην περίπτωση που επιλέξετε οι πληρωμές σας να γίνονται μέσω πιστωτικής κάρτας, θα σας ζητηθεί ο αριθμός, η ημερομηνία λήξεως της κάρτας καθώς και ο τριψήφιος κωδικός ασφαλείας.
Η χρέωση θα πραγματοποιείται εφόσον προηγηθεί έλεγχος της εγκυρότητας της πιστωτικής κάρτας, η πιστοποίηση των στοιχείων και διαθεσιμότητα υπολοίπου, ώστε να καλύπτει την αξία της παραγγελίας σας, ενώ η απόδειξη λιανικής πώλησης θα σας αποστέλλεται μέσω ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας με την ολοκλήρωση της παραγγελίας και της πληρωμής. Σε περίπτωση που απορριφθεί η συναλλαγή από την αρμόδια Τράπεζα ή το σχετικό δίκτυο, τότε η αγορά δεν πραγματοποιείται.
Τα δεδομένα αυτά επεξεργάζεται η επιχείρηση τηρώντας την εφαρμογή του άρθρου 7Α παρ.1 (β) Ν.2472/1997, με σκοπό την υλοποίηση της παραγγελίας και με κανέναν τρόπο δεν θα αποκαλυφθούν, δημοσιοποιηθούν η πουληθούν σε τρίτους, εκτός αν κινηθεί η διαδικασία που ορίζει η νομοθεσία με την άρση του απορρήτου (Ν.2225/1994) η τυχόν υποχρεώσεις που απορρέουν από την εθνική εφαρμογή της Οδηγίας 24/2006.
Σε περίπτωση πληρωμής μέσω πιστωτικής κάρτας τα στοιχεία που γνωστοποιούνται στην αρμόδια τράπεζα (π.χ. αριθμός πιστωτικής κάρτας) καταχωρούνται απευθείας στην ασφαλή σελίδα της συνεργαζόμενης τράπεζας και δεν καταχωρούνται στην βάση μας, εξασφαλίζοντας με αυτόν τον τρόπο το μέγιστο δυνατό επίπεδο ασφάλειας.
Οι πελάτες εκτός Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης υπόκεινται σε τυχόν οικονομικές επιβαρύνσεις λόγω διαφορών στην ισοτιμία, εκτελωνισμών κλπ για τα οποία η εταιρεία δεν φέρει καμία ευθύνη.
