USER / BUYER LIABILITY

Participation in the services offered by the website is allowed only to those who have completed the eighteenth (18th) year of age and have full legal capacity. The user declares that the information he provides for the use of this website is accurate.

The user also declares that he is the legal owner and user of the means of payment which he will use in order to proceed with the preparation of any kind of legal act. In case the user does not meet any of the above conditions, the company bears absolutely no responsibility.

The kidswear-fotini.gr website includes the online store, which is the online presence of the company under the name PANOU FOTINI.

The e-shop of the company is addressed to all internet users who want immediate information on our products and the possibility to order products remotely through online ordering, always subject to the availability of stocks.

These terms are fully compatible with applicable European and Greek law and users recognize the right of the company to change the provisions of these terms, insofar as they do not relate to its legally binding obligations and without affecting completed situations.

Placing an order through the e-shop is a conclusion of a distance selling contract regulated by the legal framework of Law 2251/1994, as in force today.

According to the articles of the Greek Civil Code, the visitor of the website has the possibility of concluding a valid order, if he is legally competent, has reached the age of eighteen (18) years and is not in legal aid regarding the conclusion of a sales contract. The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT (24%), while the store reserves the right to adjust prices without having to inform the consumer public.

In case the transaction is rejected by the competent Bank or the relevant network, then the purchase does not take place.

n case of payment by credit card, the data disclosed to the competent bank (eg credit card number) are registered directly on the secure page of the cooperating bank and are not registered in our database, thus ensuring the maximum possible level of security.

Customers outside the European Union are subject to any financial charges due to exchange rate differences, customs clearance, etc. for which the company bears no responsibility.

DELIVERIES

For purchases of a total amount over 50 euros, delivery is free, and is done through the ''GENIKI TAXYDROMIKI''.

For purchases with a total value of less than 50 euros, the shipping charge is charged to the customer and is calculated automatically with the order.

 Delivery time is usually 1-3 working days, depending on the delivery location. During festive or special periods, shipping and delivery times may be longer than estimated.

The distribution of the products by the cooperating transport company takes place from 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday.

Once your order arrives at the receiving address, you will be asked to sign in order to be delivered.

In case the information you entered in the form is not correct, the Company does not bear any responsibility for possible non-delivery.

PRODUCT RETURNS

You are entitled to a partial or total return of the order, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of your receipt only if the reason for the return is the fault of the company (eg wrong item, defective product), then the cost of return burdens our company. In this case, shipments are made only through GENERAL POST.

In the case of returning the products, and depending on the way you chose to pay for your order and the way in which the return will take place, your refund will be completed within 20 calendar days from the date the company receives the products.

The products must also be accompanied by the "return form" completed, which you will find here within the period of 14 calendar days. The return will be accepted only after the approval of the company.

The e-shop www.kidswear-fotini.gr is an online store with children's and baby clothes based in Florina. We have been active in the field since 1998 and electronically since 2021.
